Quickly Duplicating Graphics

Time is everything when it comes to creating content, especially during a game or contest. The bar has been raised for how fans consume media. Communication Directors and SID's now have to quickly and effectively provide in-game updates as part of their responsibilities. This can be challenging and stressful, but that's exactly why we created Box Out.

What?

For in-game updates, we developed a feature that is easy to overlook, but quite the time saver. After you have created a graphic and posted it to social media (see Score Update example below), you will likely want to use that same template again, but with an updated score and new photo. We have an easy way to make that happen.

How?

On the most recent graphic you have created there is an icon that has three horizontal lines, signifying a menu with more options. Click this icon (1 in screenshot below) and choose DUPLICATE (2 in screenshot below).

Doing so will land you right on the preview graphic page with the entire form filled out to match your previous graphic. Simply change the score/photo and you are ready to share another graphic in a fraction of the time it took to create the first.

It's all about time and this quick DUPLICATE feature helps you deliver!

Are there other features you would like to see added to help make your job easier? Let us know with a tweet (@boxoutsports) or an email (support@boxoutsports.com), as your ideas and feedback are always welcome.
